Flinch – You Don’t Know (ft. Ellie Goulding)

Flinch of Smog Records has always been a favorite of mine, due to his signature use of high-pitched synth dubstep. Usually I can’t stand that style, but Flinch has really perfected it and made it his brand of dubstep. In “You Don’t Know” he takes big moves, featuring Ellie Goulding on the vocals, adding a beautiful addition to this track.

It features Flinch’s signature high-pitch synth, dropping heavy but not too overbearing. It has a great positive melody, which is really accentuated by Goulding’s delicate vocals. Flinch’s remix of “Anything Could Happen” was a great rework of a Goulding track, so I’m really glad the two were able to combine for an original mix. This is a banger for sure that dubstep fans will enjoy.
