Illenium is one of the fastest rising producers in the music industry. Real name Nick Miller, he started producing music after seeing Bassnectar at Red Rocks in 2012. Since that memorable performance he’s been redefining melodic bass through his impressive remixes and countless singles. He has numerous tracks on Soundcloud that have all topped millions of plays. His remix of The Chainsmoker’s Don’t Let Me Down has nearly 50 million plays on Soundcloud and is often played by The Chainsmokers in their sets. Just this past year he wrapped up his huge Ashes tour that went all around the USA. Part two of the tour was recently announced and he’ll be making stops in cities like Los Angeles and NYC. In addition he’s also had a huge summer performing at festivals across the nation like Electric Zoo and Mysteryland.
With a sound similar to that of Seven Lions (Jeff Montalvo), Illenium’s unique style can be identified with every production. He’s even taken some pointers from Montalvo saying in an interview with Billboard, “I love vocals. Seven Lions once said it’s the one instrument I can’t manipulate or do anything with.
