Watermät’s newest deep house track ‘Won’t Stop’, featuring the voice of Kelli-Leigh, showcases his original sound effortlessly and takes us back in time to the sound of iconic house classics. This upbeat and happy tune is reminiscent of Eric Prydz’s Pjanoo and the melody carries the positivity of the likes of 90’s dance group M People. This French artist also known as Laurent Arriau has been on a recent rise of late, playing shows all over the world and set to be a hit at European festivals.
Spinnin’ Records produced his first track, and possibly the most well-known, ‘Bullit’ which reached the GOLD status on Beatport, as well as receiving a huge amount of support from DJs. A collaboration with TAI saw Watermät get darker and produce a more underground sound, unlike anything seen in the charts, which was shown with ‘Frequency’ and then ‘All My Love’ and ‘Empire’.
Watch this space for an exclusive interview with Watermät in which he talks about his upcoming performance at London’s Ministry of Sound, his festival lineup and much more.
