The ADE Foundation is a small but agile organization, consisting of seven staff members and over 40 freelancers. They value safety and inclusion in their workplace and all collaborations, guided by a strict code of conduct. To support upcoming artists and professionals, they work with an independent festival committee. ADE wouldn’t exist without its benefactors, sponsors, and partners. With a variety of activities that value art, knowledge sharing, and mentorship, extra funding is essential to keep the momentum going.
