An exciting time for one of mau5trap’s rising stars, BlackGummy has announced his first headlining tour set to have him traveling all over the U.S. bringing his signature techno/house style. This LA based producer has honed in his craft for dark techno beats and captivated audiences worldwide with his three part EP series. The first EP Monolith, explored the human and technology relationship; the second ‘Impactor’, was inspired by the complex relationships of all life on Earth; and finally the third EP, Monolith, was the most minimal in sound design and was inspired by BlackGummy’s visits to archeological sites.
The three EPs serve as puzzle pieces to the BlackGummy narrative as they portray that the BlackGummy idol has existed throughout different time periods. More specifically the time periods explored in each EP are the future, past and present. The Mesophase tour is sure to be full of tracks from these story telling EPs and with support from ATTLAS, Electrocado, and more, this is a tour you do not want to miss.
