Conro Continues to Bring Fans New Sounds with “City Lights”

Conro, Canadian producer Conor Patton has brought us another track following his release of “On My Way Up” on well known Monstercat label, “City Lights.” His background with the Saskatoon Youth Symphony orchestra, rock n’ roll and alternative bands shines through in this artists ability to give us something unique. With his first debut track “Axiom” in 2012 hitting #8 on Beatport, support from Porter Robinson, Tommy Trash, Knife Party and more as well as sharing a stage with Wolfgang Gartner at Avalon Hollywood this artist has come a long way from working as a security guard in a boat yard.

This recent release features the smooth vocals of Royal and the light melody builds into an easy yet heavy drop. Listen carefully and you notice playful sampling poking through underneath the future sounds and vocals. The lyrics are a simple addition and don’t overpower the sounds that Conro creates in this melodic single. This new sound which differs from his earlier work is a welcome addition to the artistic abilities of Conro and we’re excited to see what else he has in store.
