Dirtybird music has no boundaries, and their newest artist Mancodex hailing from Russia proves just that. His debut Dirtybird EP Freak Out features two tracks that both show what Mancodex is made of. The title track “Freak Out” has got all of the classic funk that makes a Dirtybird track “Select” with vocals being undertoned to settle the listener while the synths go in the opposite direction. “Po-Li” traverses an aggressive bassline as it rises progressively and delivers a continuous exhalation over blooming synths.
