Summer is so close, we can almost feel the sun on our skin, smell the grills firing up, and hear those beats bouncing across the airwaves. Every year, this is the time where we all get to really take the time to escape to our wonderlands, whether its at EDC Las Vegas, Electric Forest, or one-day celebrations in the hearts of some of the best cities in the country. One of those amazing cities, Austin, will play host to Dirtybird Records BBQ Series on June 1st. With the official announcement minus the special guest reveal, tickets were snagged up quickly with headliners like Walker & Royce, Christian Martin, VNNSA, and Dirtybird father Claude VonStroke set to bring their funky beats down South.
Just last week, Austinites finally got to learn about their secret special guest: the French tech house commander Shiba San. We had a feeling he couldn’t get enough of us out here after killing it at Cedar Street Courtyard last month. With that in mind, a lot of tickets have gone up in delicious BBQ smoke and we highly suggest you get yours up here. It wouldn’t be a true Dirtybird event without getting fans into that zany camper spirit with their legendary “Best in Show” contest.
