The aptly named “Perscription” radio mix by LA producer Dr. Fresch denotes his versatility in not only being an excellent producer and DJ, but also now a first-rate radio host. The unique thing about his radio show is that it is divided into two 30-minute segments. The first 30 is an expertly curated, very deep West Coast chill house party vibe mixed by Dr. Fresch with the occasional unreleased track sprinkled in, followed by a guest mix from someone in the Dr. Fresch Fam.
So far he has chosen a stellar group to inaugurate his first three mixes. He started off the series featuring fellow West Coast producer Ghastly, followed by Wax Motif, and most recently SNBRN. Who all bring a very similar vibe to the show but provide their own special flare to make each mix a perfect harmony between the artists without being to repetitive.
So instead of making a lame pun about the Doctor prescribing you a daily regiment of this radio show, give it a listen listen, and to be careful because the Dr. is pretty addictive.
