Yesterday, Electric Forest announced their initial lineup for the seventh annual EF music and camping festival in Rothbury, Michigan. Changing it up from years past, this year Electric Forest will take place over two weekends. Attendees will be able to choose between Weekend 1 taking place on June 22-25 and Weekend 2 on June 29-July 2.
Electric Forest offers the perfect location, great vibes, and an always stellar roster of artists. Weekend One and Two share a lot of the same artists we love, but also contain some differences in weekend curation. As always, The String Cheese Incident is headlining and this year will be playing two shows each weekend (a special SCI Sound Lab Live Experience on weekend one and the usual SCI Saturday Night extravaganza on weekend two). Artists like Bassnectar, Lotus, Claude VonStroke, Ganja White Night, Dixon’s Violin, Lettuce and more will be shared amongst both weekends.
Some of our favorite artists exclusive to weekend one include the Eric Krasno Band, Above & Beyond, Nero, and Pendulum. The second weekend also includes fantastic exclusive acts such as Ott & The All-Seeing Eye, RL Grime, Hi-Lo, Sub Focus, Soul Clap and more.
