Electric Zoo is pulling out all of the stops for its upcoming tenth anniversary this Labor Day weekend. Continuing in its tradition of offering a variety of subterranean sounds and tastemakers from all around the world, one stage takeover that we’re particularly excited about this year is HyperHouse x Night Bass.
Australian trailblazer Anna Lunoe will join forces with the almighty LA bass king AC Slater to curate a show that’s going to cause a commotion in the 6th Boro. Anna Lunoe is set to swing into the jungle with her hit HyperHouse Beats 1 show, while AC Slater will deliver with his powerhouse Night Bass label/party. Although we’ve yet to experience a dynamic duo takeover quite like this, we have no doubts that the fusion of the two is bound to be epic. Joining the head honchos of the night, you can expect to hear a mix of lush dance beats and badass, underground basslines by players like Redlight, Chris Lorenzo, Petey Clicks and UNIIQU3.
Along with HyperHouse x Night Bass, the festivals stage partners this year include AMF, HYTE, Made Events’ Sunday School, Anjunabeats highlighting a special triple b2b set from label artists Ilan Bluestone & Jason Ross with Andrew Bayer, Zeds Dead’s Deadbeats, and Brownies & Lemonade.
Electric Zoo returns to its decade-long stomping grounds at Randall’s Island on Labor Day Weekend, August 31-2, 2018. The past ten years have been nothing short of incredible, and this one will be no different.
