More acts will be announced soon, but the headliners alone make this one worth going to. Kevin Davidson just commented on our Electric Zoo Facebook photo saying “I would be content if those were the only people playing.” We feel that same exact way.
Notes:
- Electric Zoo was my favorite festival last year (Ben). CounterPoint had a better collection of people, but the production, efficiency and hospitality at EZOO was unmatched. Read my review for more.
- This year #EZOO5 is going to be even bigger with two main-stages. I’m not sure how this layout is going to work on Randall’s Island, but let’s hope it doesn’t interfere with the Sunday School Grove. A lot of magic went down in the place.
- These are headliners only, but I’m sure they’ll be adding a few more big names to the list before it’s over. Noticeable additions over last year include Alesso, Armin van Buuren, Avicii, Bassnectar and Knife Party.
- Other changes include the all age policy of Electric Zoo being removed and the festival is now restricted to those 18+.
