The countdown is on – in one month we’ll be packing our bags and heading out to the rolling green mountains of Northeast, PA to get weird and wild at Elements Lakewood Music & Arts Festival. Our Must-Attend Festival of 2018, you can imagine we’ve been anticipating this for some time now. As we prepare for all that’s about to unfold at the second-annual event, the festival has released more news on activities, stages, and (our personal fave) its food lineup. For those of you who already have your tickets on lock down, if you weren’t counting the hours and seconds until it’s showtime, then you will be now. From firewalking lessons, to sweet bubbly Kombucha and fish tacos, to the debut of the Cookie Monster art car, get a glimpse of what your about to experience in just a few short weeks at Elements Lakewood.

Open to all Elements Lakewood attendees, Firewalking is the practice of walking barefoot over something such as hot stones or wood ashes. This activity, more so craft, offers an array of benefits including pushing yourself to overcome fears, expanding your comfort zone and building self-trust and awareness.
