Those who have been catching Prydz’s sets since last spring have been anxiously awaiting the full release of Prydz vs CHVRCHES “Tether” for awhile. As he closed his Madison Square Garden set with a song that is close to perfection as it gets, the hovering visuals were astounding. Never was it expected for the song to get it’s own journey as so few songs fail to get these days.
However the video that we were just graced with is the perfect companion to the progressive journey that is “Tether”. Floating through every landscapes, through cities, and beyond, the square of knowledge? Square of pain? Square of finding? Whatever it is, it’s beautiful, and as with “Call On Me”, nobody will forget “Tether”.
