The Mile High City will once again welcome it’s 15th installment of Global Dance Festival (GDF) this year in a new location with much more to offer. Sports Authority Field at Mile High will be turned into a whole new world for attendees to explore, including four newly themed stages. Each area of the festival will be reimagined as a unique landscape of natural phenomenon that will transport festival-goers to exotic locations across the globe. Global Summit, Northern Lights, Tundra, and The Amazon: Silent Disco will formulate the new landscape for festival goers.
GDF is also giving attendees a place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of stages to explore several new features including an indoor arcade area at The Arcave, gushing water for attendees to cool off and get soaked at Geyser Underpass, curated installations at Dragonfly Art Park, and several carnival rides including a massive Ferris Wheel and much more. Additionally, GDF is partnering with ten Denver-based food trucks to offer an assortment of gourmet dishes at Food Truck Lane.
Global Dance Festival has also announced Global Week. From July 20th through the 23rd, GDF will be hosting pre, post, and recovery parties at different venues all throughout Denver. Beta Nightclub, The Church Nightclub, Club Vinyl, NAVIV Hotel, and Prive at Dorchester and Viewhouse Eatery, Bar & Rooftop will all be host to attendees who just can’t get enough and need a little more bass in their face. Specific details will be revealed in the coming weeks.
