Scheduled to take place June 6-8th on Randall’s Island, Governor’s Ball is quickly rising to its competitors in delivering a well-balanced lineup to the state of New York. All genres are represented here, with indie New York-locals Vampire Weekend headlining to a Sebastian Ingrosso b2b Axwell performance that should have EDM fans rumbling. After mother nature trumped last year’s festival with intense storms, dangerous conditions, and muddy grounds, this lineup should compel bitter festival-goers to consider a return trip.
