I had the pleasure of seeing Gramatik for the first time last month at Snowball Music Festival. Gramatik’s beats are groovy, upbeat, and appeal to such a vast audience which makes for an awesome experience all around. Today he dropped his new EP #digitalfreedom, which is full of a new sound.
In his own words;
I just wanna say one thing to those who know me only by my chilled out hip-hop beatz: don’t be scared when you hear this EP, my true fans know that I’m nothing if not versatile. Good music is larger than one genre so just open your mind, absorb the vibes and you’ll be versatile too! 😉
It’s a bit more electronic than his previous sounds, but still blends well with his almost sexual hip hop vibe. As a part of the Pretty Lights Music label, he’s a firm believer in sharing music and supporting #digitalfreedom.
