Fresh off of a string of collabs with Kayzo, JUMEX, and Baauer, graves has joined forces with Australian Badrapped to unleash a pair of trap-fueled singles via Lowly. The new EP, Again / Feel Nothing, is labeled after the names of the two respective tracks. The two tracks are a perfect contrast, and they balance one another harmoniously to create one solid release that is Again / Feel Nothing.
“Feel Nothing” enters with a certain darkness to it as the beautiful acoustic landscape is introduced. Soon, a female pop vocalist enters the fast-paced soundscapes and prepares listeners for the climactic drop. The drop is just an abundance of feel-good, energetic yet emotional dance music. It is the perfect festival type of song, where the night is about to end and everyone is sad to leave, but they are still so happy to be there and to experience live music.
While “Again” carries similar dark tones, it goes a lot harder than the prior track. Following the drop, things get real wonky. The space bass hits hard and right, taking you into a galactic spacecraft that lies at the polar opposite of “Feel Nothing.”
