Being invited to spin at the Boiler Room is a prestigious honor in the world of dance music and it’s something that should be respected. Grimes planned to do the complete opposite by playing a mix of Taylor Swift, Daddy Yankee and Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas Is You” from her iPod.
What’s crazy is that it was being hosted at Richie Hawtin’s house and no one decided to give Grimes a swift kick and take over the decks.
