osh Teed, hailing from Denver, has carved a niche for himself in the electronic music scene with his experimental bass tunes and virtuoso violin skills. He’s toured with heavy-hitters like CloZee and Dirtwire, dropped tunes on the respected Gravitas Recordings, and worked alongside artists such as Chmura and Notlö. His 2022 album Recurring Dream and its remix counterpart laid the groundwork for his latest venture, the EP Taking It All In. Released through The Gradient Perspective Records, this six-track collection draws from Teed’s diverse life experiences, from his New Hampshire roots to his time in Vietnam and his rise in the music world.
The spotlight track, “Just Breathe,” – which is now out – a collab with Chuuwee and Blum, mixes ethereal soundscapes with a hip-hop kick. Inspired by the hustle of tour life, “Just Breathe” serves as a gentle nudge to slow down and savor the moment.
“Taking It All In” is set to be a rich blend of cinematic electronics and Teed’s hallmark bass vibes, signaling a fresh chapter in his musical journey. The EP will introduce more melody, vocals, and intricate sound design.
Teed is also hitting the road for his third headlining tour across the U.S., promising unforgettable shows in cities like Chicago and Denver. Beyond the music, Teed’s committed to giving back, partnering with Boredom Fighters in Colorado to support underserved youth and planting trees with One Tree Planted to aid reforestation efforts. It’s clear Teed’s mission extends far beyond the stage, aiming to leave a lasting positive impact wherever he goes.
