You got us, we’re in love with everything KSHMR does. But, that’s not the only reason we’re in love with the American DJs new track “No Regrets,” in collaboration with Yves V and Krewella, out now on Dharma. We love it because it is a masterpiece.
Released on March 1, “No Regrets” is a true banger, with the potential to become the first track of the year that will resonate in our minds for months to come. It showcases the upbeat, hype, energy-full sound KSHMR always delivers, with romantic, melodious patterns, somehow reminding us of Alan Walker’s style. Beginning with the vocals of sisters Jahan and Yasmine Yousaf, known as Krewella, the track is carefully produced to incorporate their voices into what feels like a motivational, energetic track with hints of summer, melancholy, and faith in the future.
We’re simply captured by the amazing work this track represents, but it’s no surprise to us that such a collab would turn out great. Yves V is a name we’ve been looking out for after having amassed over 10 million Spotify streams with his hit single “Blow.”
KSHMR is a Californian known for his characteristic sound that incorporates his heritage from India, where the producer’s father was born. There’s no chance you haven’t heard his hit tracks, starting from “Karate” with R3HAB, to “Wildcard,” “Secrets,” “Invisible Children” and “Power” with Hardwell. His live shows are one of a kind, with live music, stories, fire and snow, ensuring to keep KSHMR in our minds long after the set is over. We were so impressed with his set last summer at Untold Festival. KSHMR is the kind of producer you have to see live, not only listen to.
