Rising from the underground drum & bass scene, artist Logan Garrett has cultivated a genre-bridging style over the years. Drawing inspiration from his hip-hop background and tying it into EDM, he has been performing at shows across the Southeastern United States. In addition to his infectious stage presence and mixing prowess, Logan has also dropped a plethora of originals, from high-energy dubstep to tech house.
Now, putting his creative approach to sound design in the spotlight once again, Logan has teamed up with rappers MobSquad Nard and Killa Kyleon on their new single, “Aliens Exist”. A melting pot of sonic aggression and experimental effects, “Aliens Exist” keeps listeners fully locked in until the final second. Logan crafts a mesmerizing percussion-packed bassline that seamlessly blends with both topliners on the track. There is a great balance between the instrumental and the intense lyrical delivery from MobSquad Nard and Killa Kyleon.
Adding another notch on his belt of mystifying releases, “Aliens Exist” has the power to incite mosh pits and make a crowd go ballistic. Yet, the alluring collab is merely a preview of what lies ahead for the three artists in 2023.
