Last summer it was time for newcomer festival Neversea to impress ravers with one of the best seaside parties ever seen. Having a diverse line-up of DJs such as Tiesto, Afrojack, Lost Frequencies and Nicky Romero and live acts Years & Years, Dua Lipa and Rita Ora, Neversea promised and delivered 3 days and nights of fun with music for everyone’s taste and a beach full of fun activities to explore. After keeping fans in suspense for a few months, organizers finally shared the 2017 Aftermovie on Monday, February the 6th.
Coordinated with the Aftermovie release, it was announced that the festival will take place between July 5-8, 2018 along with releasing the first tickets on sale. Neversea Festival takes place in Constanta, Romania, on a specially set beach, it gathered a crowd of over 150.000 people at its first edition last year. Over 200 artists are expected to perform this year on seven stages at the festival which will extend to four days, with headliners yet to be announced.
The Neversea Legend says that somewhere, in the Black Sea, there is an enchanted island, which can be reached by sailing the Great Arch, a ship that only allows open-hearted people to board it. It is said that on this island times never seems to pass and eternal youth can be achieved.
With such a mythical legend surrounding it and after last year’s edition was an amazing celebration of music, friendship, and youth, we can only wait anxiously to see what is coming next in the second chapter of Neversea Festival.
