OCVLVS Smashes Into Spring with “The Valley”

OCVLVS is back with another smashing single this April with “The Valley”. The Dallas based producer takes us down into the depths of bass, with his own taste of psy trance and dubstep. The man behind the moniker, Chris Lanius, has been dropping track after track over the past year, quickly garnering hundreds of streams. With just a year of producing under his belt, Lanius is quickly growing his talent and reach.

OCVLVS lands us immediately into his realm, with a stripped approach to the psy BPM before blasting us into dubstep frequencies. We then get a battle between the two genres, with homages to Vini Vici and Armin Van Buuren’s “Great Spirit” intertwined with filthy bass drops. Lanius takes us into his own “valley” of production style and we can’t get enough of the variety.
