This week, we’re succumbing to fall feels with a hefty dose of dark and progressive techno. Our plunge begins with Hector’s return to his very own label VL Recordings with the 3-track club crusher Rogue Traders EP. This sets us up nicely for the sounds of LA producers Brennen Grey, with his thundering remix of BlackGummy’s single “Arp Makes Sphinx Purr,” and Anakim’s out of body “Ascension” off his new Heightened Sensibility EP on mau5trap. We then take a sharp nose dive straight down the spiral with Drumcode’s A-Sides Vol.7. There’s plenty to indulge in here, but a few standouts for us include tracks from Weska, Charlotte de Witte, ANNA, Alan Fitzpatrick, Juliet Fox, and Ramiro Lopez.
