Pretty Lights (Derek Vincent Smith) is set to make his national television debut on Conan O’Brien this Wednesday, July 17th. Joining him will be lyricist and hip hop heavyweight Talib Kweli, Adam Dietch of Break Science, and Lettuce guitarist Eric Krasno for a live band performance.
Smith worked with Kweli on the single “Around The Block,” from his most recent album A Color Map Of The Sun. Deitch provided the drum samples for the new album as well.
