REAL’s new track “Acceptance” embraces the sublte nuances in an electronic release to make things come to life. Released as part of Grand Alliance Music’s MAIORA compilation, the 80 BPM cut comes from a place rooted in stillness, curiosity, and a certain urgency.
Based in Arcata, California, and originally from Truckee, REAL filters his environment through sound, drawing from the slow-moving rhythms of nature and the challenges we all face living in it. “Acceptance” reflects that directly, addressing the tension of change while holding onto a sense of hope. The track moves slow, but the message carries weight.
Operating under a name that stands for Rhythm, Empathy, and Love, REAL’s approach focused on, in part, about translating feeling.
