If you’re a die-hard DnB fan, remember REVOKE. The solo-producer latest release destroys Candyland & Zak Water’s “Not Coming Down,” layering the original with hyper-detailed bass rhythms and cut-up vocal samples. As of now, REVOKE is focused on Bass tracks, which he clearly has a nack for, but I’d love to hear this style applied to Electro-House, Melbourne-House, something in complete contrast to where this sound/style typically thrives. Either way, “Not Coming Down (REVOKE Remix),” multiplies the energy of the original many times over, making it easy to set the banger on replay.
