Atlanta EDM fans prepare to fall into the trap, because RL Grime hits Imperial Ballroom on Friday December 11th and it’s going to be one for the books.
Henry Steinway, aka RL Grime is an American producer of hip-hop, trap, grime and bass music. His rise to fame in 2012 was powerful and fast, as many began noticing his impeccable ability to combine elements of Houston influenced flavor and roots of southern hip-hop to create heavy drops and stomping sounds. He’s perfected the mixture of trap and grime, fiddling with pop melodies, syncopated horns and beat flips that show his ability to restructure songs without losing the drama of dance melodies.
He has continuously garnered the support of #1 artists like Diplo, A-Trak, Flosstradamus, 12th Planet and more. He’s released multiple EP’s including High Beams, which hit #1 on the iTunes Electronic Chart in 2013. His “Mercy” remix remix of Kanye’s hit song had 120,000 views on Soundcloud in just two days. His collaborations include those with Benny Benassi, Chief Keef, Schlohmo and more.
His newest hits include The Weeknd remix of “The Hills” and his Halloween 2015 mix, which if you haven’t heard yet, you need to right now.
RL Grime hasn’t been in Atlanta for some time, so don’t miss amazing opportunity. Tickets for the show in Atlanta on December 11th can be purchased by following this link.
