There has been a lot of hype building around this year’s Rosa Festival, and even more now that it has unleashed phase one of its 2023 lineup. Rosa may be a newer festival in the realm of DnB and other genres, but it has already accumulated a dedicated following. In 2022, the experience made its debut and ended up selling out for a weekend full of electrifying performances and nonstop dancing. Now Rosa is back for a highly anticipated sophomore showcase.
Leading a dynamic group of nearly 100 artists are Ed Solo, Sota, and Basstripper. Providing a hybrid of revivalist and roots-inspired soundscapes to listeners, Ed Solo is also commended for founding Jungle Cakes. Equally impressive is Sota, a UK-based artist who has cultivated a one-of-a-kind style of drum & bass. The third headliner, Basstripper, has played at some of the hottest clubs and warehouses in the UK. These three musical maestros are joined by a well-rounded cast of gifted producers, DJs, and bands.
Clearly, Rosa Festival 2023 is shaping up to be a weekend to remember. Its organizers will strive to “unify music and visual art” in the upcoming exclusive experience. From July 7th to July 10th, you will not want to miss this myriad of talent lighting up the dance floor at the Peaks.
