Seven Lions Fuses “Rush Over Me” & Trivecta’s “Shatterpoint” Into Epic Mashup

This past year Seven Lions joined forces with melodic bass producers Illenium and Said The Sky for a highly anticipated collaboration. “Rush Over Me” was born through the help of vocalist HALIENE who has collaborated with Seven Lions in the past. The impressive track can regularly be heard during live performances and a full review of that release can be found here. About the same time, dubstep producer Trivecta unleashed his hard hitting bass anthem, “Shatterpoint” that turned out to be a headbangers’ paradise. Fast forward six months and Seven Lions has conjoined the two tracks for a mashup that is both euphoric and energetic.

The mashup kicks off with HALIENE’s iconic vocals blasting in full force. The sing along lyrics which are so reminiscent of any Seven Lions track. Followed up with fast hitting snares accompanied by chords and synths build the track up for its monstrous drop. Tighten your neck brace and prepare to initiate some serious head banging as you can expect to hear this mashup at a Trivecta or Seven Lions live set. Seven Lions is fresh off releasing his “Where I Won’t Be Found” EP and has been hitting the festival circuit debuting tracks off it. In addition, Trivecta has been hard at working releasing originals and remixing artists like Illenium. Keep your eyes on both these producers as they’re rapidly climbing the ranks.
