It’s our favorite day of the week again and on this day comes another edition of Throwback Thursday! As we roll into week 25, we think back to some of the artists we’ve featured and we realized we’re yet to feature any of the Swedish House Mafia members. Although there’s a bevy of releases to choose from, this week we’ve decided to go with the first official release by the Axwell ^ Ingrosso project, “Something New”. The 2014 track would be released on the heels of Swedish House Mafia and instantly catapulted the Swedish duo back to the top of the electronic scene.
Axwell ^ Ingrosso would follow up this track with a load of originals that would eventually be featured on their debut album, “More Than You Know”. While the future of Axwell ^ Ingrosso remains uncertain, their music will live on as Swedish House Mafia reunites. Enjoy this throwback and we’ll see you next week for a new edition of Throwback Thursday!
