Legendary trap DJ/producer UZ who revealed himself to be DJ Troubl in 2017 is back at it once again with “Focus,” his first single of the year. The single is paired with an NFT designed by Cat Owens and is the first track from the Trinity (Deluxe Edition) album. This deluxe edition is set to include more originals within and remixes from the likes of Great Dane, HWLS, Bailo, and more.
In the early 2010’s, UZ was the hottest thing in trap when trap was the hottest thing. He killed the game when it came to predicting what people wanted to hear within the framework of this explosive genre. Today, the scene wouldn’t be the same without him and his innovation at the time and impact he’s had has rippled to effect the trajectory of hundreds, if not thousands of electronic artist from that time onward.
Today he focuses heavily on the label Quality Goods Records, which continues to push out fire while staying knowledgeable about what is new, fresh, and a wise choice to invest his time into in regards to what people to hear and have attached with in music.
