Today, Insomniac released their official trailer for the one and only EDC Las Vegas. Set to return this year June 12th through the 18th. The video is edited and made in such a way only Insomniac can. A beautiful recap and footage of past festivals, including last years Basspod catching fire and crumbling to the ground. Quite the oops, but it was the 20th anniversary, and hey, if you can’t laugh at yourself from time to time, you’re not doing it right. Also like Insomniac, the video has a message in it as well. “All are welcome here.”
The beautiful six-minute video is a compelling look into the current state of affairs around the world, opening with a culmination of visuals that display our ever-changing, at times challenging, global climate. The trailer transports viewers on a heartfelt journey through the unspoken connectivity, hidden beauty, and purpose we find in the places that make us feel most at home. Once a year, over 400,000 individuals come together to celebrate positivity and inclusivity in a colorful sanctuary where they can express themselves freely, without judgment.
