Germany’s 2SESTIC, through Solmatic Records, debuts his first ever worldwide EP, Rock My Heart. Here he delivers an original title-track alongside remixes by Chuck Shadow and Qlank. The original is an instant floor shaker, with dirty bass, emotional energy, and eclectic arrangement. Bass house fans will rejoice over this one.
The remixes, both of which are from LA-based producers, each bring something to the table, most commonly: nasty bass. Qlank, using the vocals and riffs from the original, pairs those elements with his own sound. Chuck Shadow’s rendition is powerful with industrial, old-school electro, and bass house influences.
