The Sultan of Scratch, A-Trak, is one of the most recognizable names in electronic music. He is the fearless leader of Fool’s Gold Records, a six-time world champion DJ, and has been tearing up the decks for the last 17 years.
If you’ve ever had the chance to see A-Trak spin it’s very likely that he blew your mind apart with his technical skill. His ability to seamlessly transition through so many different genres should be enough to “wow” you, but then he’ll get into a scratch routine so dirty that event staff start handing out bars of soap to clean yourself with – filth.
We thought it’d be interesting to dig into some sets that A-Trak has put together over the last year and compile a list of some of the tracks that a world champion DJ would deem worthy to be dropped live.
