It has been over two years since Alex Botwin, better known as Paper Diamond, introduced his artistic sounds to the masses. This past summer, fans had the opportunity to catch this multi-genre producer and instrumentalists at Detroit’s Movement Festival, New York City’s Governors Ball, HARD Summer & HARD Day Of The Dead in Los Angeles, Austin City Limits, and Bonnaroo in Tennessee, among other locations. While another significant amount of Paper Diamond’s summer was spent traveling with Excision and recently Zeds Dead throughout 2013.
With his 2014 “The Cold Crush” tour approaching quickly, it seems that Paper Diamond shows no signs of slowing down as he gears up for his headlining tour with LoudPvck, Branchez, Gent & Jawns, and Manic Focus.

1. New Years was spent at Lights All Night alongside A-Trak, GrizMatik, Major Lazer, Carnage, and heRobust…just to name a few…great way to kick off the New Year.
2. Alex will be making his debut Las Vegas residency for eight months at the Wynn.
3. During his tour, Alex will be experimenting with some new gear by incorporating beatmaking with an acclaimed sound library on Maschine Studio into his live set.
4. Fans can also expect new tracks and some never before heard collaborations during his recent studio session with various producers and singers. His March LP release Paragon, featured Christian Rich, Buku, Cherub, J Fresh, Protohype, and Gavin Turke.
5. The supporting acts on the upcoming tour were handpicked by Alex. All of the acts feature talented emerging artists that grew in popularity over last summers festival season.

7. Later this month, he will be premiering a mix for “Diplo and Friends” on BBC Radio 1. His mix will feature exclusive tracks from friends like Zed’s Dead, Two Fresh, Antiserum, Colta, and some of his own unreleased tracks. Tune in Sunday, January 26th.
