As part of the global tour to celebrate episode 850, A State of Trance is coming back to Australia. Smack dab in the middle of touring Europe to commemorate this milestone, Armin van Buuren and company decided to hop over to Sydney to make the celebrations inter-continental.
Armin will be taking the stage multiple times. His solo set is sure to be the sound that he has perfected over his 20+ years of performing. It will no doubt be one of the highlights of the night as every Armin set creates memories that festival goers hold onto long after the lights have gone out.
The other appearance Armin will make is for a truly special occasion brought out to celebrate the momentous milestone. Gaia, comprised of Armin and Benno de Goeij, only plays live a few times per year. They are dedicated to moving the crowd with the highs and the lows, the melodies and the energies of classic trance. For all the trance heads that can’t help but put their hands over their hearts and catch all the feels, this set promises to be a special one.
Armin will also bring a cast of friends that include big names such as Orjan Nilsen, Ruben de Ronde, and Will Atkinson. Providing the local flavor will be Australian trance icon MaRLo to show that while Europe may be the home of trance, Australia can hold its own in the genre.
