Above & Beyond are currently sitting on top of the world. They’re fresh off their massive ABGT250 show at The Gorge in Washington and recently announced their new album, “Common Ground” to be released in January of 2018. Fans were treated to two days of Anjunabeats favorites at ABGT250 and also experienced the new album in full force. Right before ABGt 250 we witnessed the beautiful production of “My Own Hymn” featuring Above & Beyond favorite Zoe Johnston who also collaborated on “We Are All We Need” in 2015. Although there’s still speculation as to the collaborations we can expect, one we know for certain is the the return of Richard Bedford. This is welcomed news as he’s been relatively quiet since his impressive collaborations on their “Group Therapy” album in 2011.
In addition to the announcement of their album comes news of two massive shows to be performed at Barclays Center in NYC on January 27th and the LA Convention Center on December 29th. We can also expect a North American tour and a global tour to be announced in the near future. However if you’re craving a much needed dose of Above & Beyond you can check out the entirety of their ABGT250 performance here. Here’s what Above & Beyond had to say about the show.
“ABGT250 felt like the perfect occasion to tell everyone about our new album and The Gorge was the ideal location to host our first Group Therapy Weekender – we’re already plotting our return and want to say a special thank you to all the fans who created such a special atmosphere at ABGT250.” – Above & Beyond
Presale for their two shows opens here on October 9th at 10 AM.
