#TATW450 was trending this morning in India, as Jono, Paavo, and Tony – whom you may know as Above & Beyond – announced on Twitter that they would be bringing Group Therapy to the subcontinent in celebration of their 450th radio show. On November 10, Group Therapy will be greater than ever, with 8 hours of music from the powerful Trance trio. The event will also feature artists from Above & Beyond’s Anjunabeats label (which is actually named after a beach in Goa, India).
Since appearing at Sunburn Festival in India last December, Above & Beyond has paired up again with promoters Submerge to make it all happen. While Goa has long been a destination for electronic music, TATW450 will aim to engage fans throughout India and the rest of the world:
“India, its people and music have always had a special place in our hearts,” said A&B’s Paavo Siljamaki. “Not only does the dance music culture span thousands of years there, we’ve witnessed incredible growth of the electronic music there since we first started Anjunabeats. TATW450 will be broadcast in the country that was the starting point for everything we do… Together in India we’ll all make this our biggest global celebration to date.”
