Above & Beyond will be headlining POPNYE 2012 for New Years Eve 2012 at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California. The trance heavy event also features Ferry Corsten, Dash Berlin, Andy Moor vs Lange, W&W, Betsie Larkin and Dyloot of Deep Voices. POP2012 tickets are general admission only and the event is 18+. You can purchase yours through Ticketmaster with the total cost being $100 including fees.
