Recently, Mountain Oasis Electronic Music Summit, taking place next weekend, October 25-27 in Asheville, North Carolina, announced via their Facebook that three acts suddenly would be unable to attend. These acts included Tricky (due to visa issues), Delorean (due to an incident in Mexico) and Rudimental (due to a Mercury Award nomination canceling their dates). While these drops are unfortunate, the Mountain Oasis team is hard at work replacing them, and announced today that the Canadian duo Adventure Club would be one of the fill-ins.
Adventure Club, comprised of Christian Srigley and Leighton James, are two young producers who know how to pick up a crowd. Their live shows are comprised of dubstep, electro, trap and much more, spanning multiple genres and tempos. Fans always know they are in for a wild ride with Adventure Club takes the stage, and the two will make a great act for the younger demographic of fans attending. After recently dropping the hit “Thunderclap” and about to begin their first internationally headlining ‘Superheroes Anonymous’ tour, Adventure Club is gaining massive steam and is not a petty replacement by any means for Mountain Oasis. They will be performing on Sunday, 10/27. We’ll keep you updated when the venue and set time is announced.
