Hailing from Canada but currently based out of Amsterdam, Tavi Castro is surely someone you’ll be hearing plenty of in the new year to come. After signing his debut single “Survive” to the revered Spinnin’ Records back in 2016, the track went on to make the Top 30 in Spotify’s Global Viral Top 50, along with gaining major support from Martin Garrix, Tiësto, and Dimitri Vegas. In addition, Tavi’s last chart breaker “Moonlight” is still sitting tight at #1 in the iTunes Top 10 in Netherlands. Now, he has just dropped his latest track “Ghost” featuring vocals from Dutch talent Sarah Kienstra, and we’re really feeling it over here at RR.
The collaboration delivers a solid record that is set to pick up a multitude of support across clubs & radio in the weeks ahead. Not to mention, it comes in two versions! The Savage mix, which as the title indicates, sees a much more dance floor focused, heavy hitting approach while the Human edit takes on more of a toned down, radio friendly vibe. However, both versions captivate listeners immediately with their upfront sounds and mesmerizing vocals. After listening to “Ghost” it’s quite evident why Tavi Castro’s rise through the global ranks continues.
