Kannibalen Records hold no shortage of talent, diversity and uniqueness when it comes to their artists. APASHE’s recent remix EP of “Tank Girls”, a popular track of 2015, brings in a diverse range of artists such as Razihel, 8Er$, Son of Kick and Zeskulls each bringing their own twist and specialty.
Razihel’s upbeat trap-style rendition is sure to be played during festival season with plenty of the vocals still present and the drops a great mix of heavy and light. 8Er$’s fast paced, heavy hitting bass and dubstep synths give the track an even harder core vibe. Move onto Son of Kick’s drum and bass heavy rendition starting out with the melodic vocals and moving into a hard drum kick, but just as you think the track is dwindling to an end, it starts over back into the heavy use of drums. Last, but not least, Zeskulls bass house adds a bit more crunch. You can hear everything from deep house sounds to bass to a bit of dubstep and it’s all a perfect mesh into a track that can be picked and plucked into a million different sub genres of music.
