Avicii has gone from selling out smaller clubs to 10,000 person venues that even the great Armin Van Buuren couldn’t sell out. Astronomical rise to popularity this year would be an understatement.
Last weekend Club Glow [#1 in promotion & production in DC] brought Avicii, Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano and Cazzette upon the District of Columbia. Thousands of college kids dressed in Avicii’s Flannel, glowing necklaces and neon handbands descended upon the venue. This was the biggest show that Avicii has played to date in the United State.
Avicii closed his set with Kernkraft 400’s Zombie Nation, an all time classic. Maybe it was him connecting with the younger generation of fans, who all have heard that song at a middle or high school dance at some point in time.
