Avicii, everyones favorite 22 year old LEVELS playing Swede, will be the first electronic dance music act to perform at the legendary Radio City Music Hall on September 27, 2012. From collaborations with Lenny Kravitz to headlining all of the major festivals including Ultra, EDC and Electric Zoo, the Avicii frenzy seems unstoppable.
“Bringing electronic dance music to Radio City Music Hall is a true honour,” says Bergling in a press release, “and will hopefully pave the way for more dance acts to fill its great auditorium. Radio City Music Hall has seen many great parties but none quite like this!”
The event was booked by Avicii’s agent, Joel Zimmerman (not Deadmau5) the head global electronic music for William Morris Endeavor. Zimmerman also represents superstar artists like Kaskade, Chuckie and Deadmau5 aka the other Joel Zimmerman.
