Bare Necessities returns to Zydeco in Birmingham, Alabama on July 9th featuring performances by Squnto, Moglee, TripXudio, Mendoza and Black Carl. The last Bare Necessities event at Zydeco included sets by Algo, Bommer, Killswitch, Moglee and Mendoza, and it was one of the most bass-driven shows Zydeco has ever seen. This upcoming Bare Necessities event will be one of the greatest to date, and it will be all because of the attributes of these amazing artists.
Squnto
Eric Roth, or better known by his stage name Squnto, is an electronic music producer from Holliston, Massachusetts. He began his rise into the bass scene in early 2015 after receiving support from artists such as Trampa and Excision, and he is going nowhere but up after making beats with Kai Wachi, MurDa and more. He is bringing nothing but filthy, heavy bass to Birmingham on July 9.
Moglee
Moglee is a 25-year-old music producer from Birmingham, AL named Tyler Hogue. He enjoys producing new, deep bass music to share with his fans. He founded The Bare Necessities, and has since been the operator for the business. He has performed at Zydeco at past Bare Necessities events, and he will surely bring the heat on July 9 with no exceptions.
TripXudio
TripXudio, a DJ and music producer named Jordan Page, is part of the 808 Crew and Fine Spun Productions. He was introduced to EDM in 2012, being influenced by MK Ultra (Leah Culver,) Ployd and more. He performs electro, trap, dubstep, and many more genres. His sets are a must-see, and his show will be nothing short of amazing at Zydeco on Saturday.
Mendoza
Ariel Mendoza is a deep dub and dubstep producer and DJ from Birmingham, AL. He has shared the stage with other artists such as Algo, Mantis, Run DMT, and Bommer. He is affiliated with Bare Necessities and will bring down the house with his deep wubs this weekend.
Black Carl
Carl Bell, better known by his stage name Black Carl, is a 21-year-old music producer from Birmingham AL who began making music in 2015. He has performed at Zydeco, Matthew’s, Moonshine Music Festival, and more. He is on the rise in the Birmingham bass scene, and he will surely be a set not to be missed this weekend. Black Carl brings original music as well as deep, bass-filled remixes to the table, making for an unforgettable experience.
