Picture this: a cool summer night, wind flowing through your hair as the smell of salt air passes by your nostrils. The calming sound of water gently splashing as you peer into the horizon…
And oh yeah, all the while some of the best electronic music you could ask for is playing right beneath you! We’re talking about what is sure to be one of the biggest events of the summer: BASS on the Bay, brought to you by Decibel Entertainment and Dr. B Productions. On July 19, 2014, the Spirit of Norfolk in Norfolk, Virginia will depart at midnight for a twilight outing that attendees will never forget.
This event will house some of the best local and international DJs in the luxurious Spirit of Norfolk yacht for four hours of partying. The boat will have multiple floors of music all going simultaneously, offering attendees a variety of experiences and sounds to choose from. The boat also features four bars: 3 public, and 1 private, ensuring that guests will have access to food and drink all night long. Want to soak in the lovely feeling of the open water? There’s a rooftop sky lounge to sit back and relax. Starting to sound pretty awesome, right?
The event is limited to strictly 450 passengers. Early bird tickets have already sold out, but general admission tickets are available now. VIP tickets are available for pre-sale at the cost of 80$ per ticket, which includes VIP area access with an open bar from midnight until 2AM, and complimentary parking. This is an ages 21 and up event, and proper identification is required before boarding the boat. Boarding begins at 11 pm and the party goes until 4 am. Check out the Facebook event for more details.
