After months of waiting and constant teasing from head honchos Lorin and Derek, Basslights 2014 is full steam ahead for its 4th round (3rd at the Hampton Coliseum). There have been rumors that Basslights may be returning to Miami, or possibly a “Basslights Tour” but in the end it returns home at the mothership that is Hampton.
Joining Bassnectar and Pretty Lights will be only the funkiest of companions. With a supporting cast of Chromeo, Exmag, Beats Antique, and PLM’s own Eliot Lipp there’s little left to be desired for what is (in my opinion) the biggest show of the year. Past Basslights have touted artists like Datsik, A-Trak, and Keys n Krates; while all those artists are amazing in their own right there’s no denying the funky dance party that will ensue this year.
Get your bank accounts ready as tickets go on sale two days from now on Wednesday 10/22 at 12 EST through both Bassnectar and Pretty Lights fan clubs. Basslights is like Christmas for both Bass Heads and PLF and there is no better place to experience these two than at The Coliseum. You can bet they’ll be bringing their A-game these two nights hope to see you there!
