Bass heads, get ready to rumble! Euphoria Music Festival just announced Bassnectar as their first headliner of 2016, setting the precedence for next year’s highly anticipated event. If their intention was to Cozza Frenzy on the internet, we can safely assume that they succeeded, with the bass god himself posting about the appearance on his Facebook.
Looking ahead, my plan for 2016 is to take a long, deep break after our NYE360 extravaganza, and go off-the-grid into the studio to work on new music!
We are planning some insanely magical special events for next Summer, so there will not be a Spring Road Tour, HOWEVER I will be playing a very select handful of special boutique festivals: the first to announce is the Euphoria Festival in Austin 4/8-4/10, playing unopposed @ full blast… Tickets are on sale now!
It seems that Euphoria might be one of the only stops on his limited Spring run, which is causing fans to pack their bags and head to the “Live Music Capital of the World” April 7th-10th, 2016. Euphoria will be returning for its 5th year anniversary as a fully immersive experience that includes: camping, state of the art visuals and stage design, interactive installations, workshops, and more. The celebration will be back at Carson Creek Ranch, located just a few minutes from Downtown Austin and the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
Next year’s event will embrace an earlier day for campers to arrive, on the 7th, with an accompanying exclusive “New Moon Pre-Party” to boot. Euphoria is known for hosting such acts as: Pretty Lights, Ghostland Observatory, Adventure Club, Big Gigantic, STS9, Thievery Corporation, Tritonal, Zeds Dead, Gareth Emery, Bro Safari, Keys N’ Krates, and Datsik. Promoting good vibes, good music, and a keen artistic community, we have no doubt that Bassnectar will fit right into the family.
